BRITISH MASS MEDIA

Bookmark and Share
Anglophiles love British mass media.  These various mediums are our pipeline across the pond.  Yes, we may live in the States or some far-flung country miles from the United Kingdom, but British media keep us connected to the land we love.  And we modern-day Anglophiles are lucky-duckies indeed; now most of us have access to British radio stations, television, and newspapers via our computers and cell phones.  Do you even realize how difficult an Anglophile's obsession was in bygone days?  I've heard tales of Anglophiles huddled around shortwave radios, hoping to catch a BBC newscast!  Seriously!  (You do know what a shortwave radio is, right?)
